Personality can be defined as the combination of hereditary(nature) and ambience(nurture) of a person. So, according to the definition, the IQ level of a parent should be transferred to the child. But the question is; whether is it a inevitable concept of genetics that a doctor parent's progeny should all be doctors(insane concept). Admittedly, nurture (ambience) in form of training moulds the nature(personality) to adapt for the future battle. Ambience has many manifolds- religion, culture, parental exposure, informal training etc which plays a pivotal role in predisposing of talent and discipline to a child.
Starting from the day 1 of a child, the parental training prepares for the next step of the life.Body language (coddling, touching), anger, depression, work and attitudes of a parent simulates the child as a facsimile of the parent. It is a germinal start to all the trainings in the mere future.
Secondly, religion and culture are two ethical veins for a child to develop. Festivals, invocations, family gatherings etc give an exposure about the ethnics of the family and the surroundings. Culture including food habits and diurnal activities adorn the child for the future realities.
In addition, formal training includes college and schools are 2nd stage preparation for the professional status. this training is the stepping stone for nurturing the child as a student into a pro level. Specific field depending on the interest of the student is cultivated as an investment for his work. Basic rules of social comity, decorum and civility are made conversant to the student in the premises of the formal training.
As a recap i morally buttress the concept of training as the step towards culmination
